How soon is my new account set up?

Your account will be setup within 24 hours of receiving your order. Much sooner in most cases.

You will receive an email with your account information, IP address, user name and password. You can then start uploading your site.

Setup may be delayed if your payment arrangements aren't completed at the time of your order. In addition, we do more extensive checks on orders that are difficult to verify or include incomplete information. These checks may include a confirmation phone call. Account setup may be delayed until reasonable hours to make such a call if the order is placed after our office hours.
